omie came by my place after sending his fren off at the airport..and he totally loves my new computer..hee..time for u to get a new one la darling..haa..we bitched bout his ahem ahem..me and mrs jones..then we played xbox..and since we decided to catch a movie..i booked tix for us to catch Rush Hour 3 at marina sq at 7.20pm..omie was in his heineken singlet..n berms..n white birkies..and carrying a white puma bag..i decided to dress similar to him..got out my beer chang singlet..put on my berms..lugged my puma bag..and wore my white havainas..cause i didnt wanna dirty the white birkies he gave me..plus..dressing similar is one thing..but if the both of us wore the same white birkies..then it would have been gay overkill..and my omie darling is so totally str8..i think we sure had ppl checking us out..2 gorgeous guys..dressed similarly..if they noticed the difference then they would know we aint no couple la..nexx time..me n my baby boo gonna have to dress up same same..so the world will know we love each other..ok baby boo..heee..the movie was kinda funny..the outtakes at the end were hilarious..the only thing bout the movie was the abrupt ending..tt totally put me off..anyway..we were gonna grab a bite at the xin wang hong kong cafe..but along the way..we bumped into jana waiting at the MS taxi stand with her guy..so ended up..the 3 of us were bitching n gossiping for like 20 mins there..after they left..me n omie makaned at the cafe la..chit chat some more..then after tt we go home..

We had a blast playing around..while all other outlets had to wear the red scarf..we had to tattoo the national flag on our face..and they gave us face paint too..so i tattooed my face..and painted my hair..it was fun like hell..today..not slam at all..but with camera in hand..n the national day spirit high in b&g..i got into super hyper mode..got things done really fast..i think too fast..cause now im so drained..mouseover the pics for names n descriptions..

oh..btw..to all  my darlings..mono has changed their uniform..white shirt..with the wrinkly wrinkly thingy in front..u know..like the kind of shirt u wear on the inside of a penguin tail jacket..and they matched it with a black BOWTIE!! eeeeks..while we look spiffy..they kinda look classy in a cock way..in any case..this one esp to tidus darling..ADAM FANG BIAO TECK IS BACK!! cute as ever..n that damn boy pinched my butt..i'll get him tomm..and mayby i'll take a pic of them mono staff..wonder if elmo would be obliging enuff..

this is wat my desktop look like..gorgeous aint it..they have that sidebar thingy which is oh so useful..u can add gadgets to it..so i added the clock..for easy reference..an msn gadget since i cant seem to get msn shell to work on vista..and a notes gadget..to remind me stuff..ok..so here is another view of vista..

yes..you can actually have icons that huge..gd for when im lazing on my couch n using the comp..

well..in response to berd's comment on hearing how vista is not tt great..i mean..in term of gorgeousness..it speaks for itself..and we all know that  i need all my things to be gorgeous..so criteria passed..

on the flipside..the OS still needs getting used to..for eg..i totally dont like the start menu to begin with..and the directory windows or folders are a tad bit too irritating..but then again..maybe im not used to it yet la..

also..funny how processes still tend to lag..while switching windows n opening files..then again..1gb is the minimum ram needed to run vista..maybe i should upgrade to 4gb ram..ya rite..like as if i got money..

ms office is another hassle..i actually tried the beta version on my lappy last yr..and its pretty much as i said..a hassle..but i've had experience as i mentioned so it wasnt so harrowing for me..

seems like there are more cons than pros hor..but then again..all in due time..i just need to get used to the system and i guess things will work out much better..in due time..

but end of the day hor..the whole gorgeousness of vista tops everything..like come on la..it gorgeous..wat more can u ask for rite..

ok..nuff of the vista crap..Ace..my lappy is seriously crashing..and im really worried..everytime i shut it down..im not sure if it will ever start up again..teh signs are there..time is running short..im backing up as much of the necessary stuff as i can before i re-format it..arrgh..then its gonna be another hassle re-installing everything..dang nabbit..pls pull thru for me ok Ace..

on another note..last nite..i started work at 10..and my baby was gonna be having din din at his bestie's place..so he invited me over as well..lil did i know tt it was gonna be a mini gathering..baby n nick d (his bestie) cooked din din..pasta with mushrooms and baked salmon with cincalok* sauce..all u malays n peranakans would know cincalok..nick seth and john also came by and they brought the starter dish..avocado and shrimp in mayo n wasabe sauce topped with caviar..in a half grapefruit shell..lavish i tell u..then dessert was these cream puffs they bought from god knows where but they were delish..we all had wine with the meal..and it was a nice cosy affair..we were joined by jay and chris n emeric..and a few of them went on talking bout london n paris n europe..i was just glad i was with my baby..oooh..me n baby also spent some time together watching naruto..we're such geeks i tell u..anime fans..nick d is a bleach fan too..i cant wait till baby finishes his naruto so that he can move on to watching bleach..then he'll know how cute hitsugaya toushiro is..hee..

work was a drag..but i got a few things done..so im pretty pleased..got some work done on my new pc too..oh dear..i dread having to fork out 200+ to get the licensing for ms office 2007..it bloody retails for tt much la..eeks..then another 70+ in 3 months to get the norton licensing too..arrgh..more money need to spend..eeks..
